Step 3: Additional Consultations (optional)
If you need more time to develop the concept for your site, we can provide additional consultations at our normal hourly rate. Sometimes it takes more time to research and plan before settling on your site features.

Step 4: Putting It All Together
After initial talks have finished, we formulate a proposal & contract for services. The proposal, signed contract along with the deposit as outlined in the agreement will get us started on your site.

Step 5: Following Your Small Business Path Success
Should you consider our quick & affordable starter web sites? Or, are you looking for that unique look . Either way, our web design team creates an initial mockup based on information you gave us in your web design worksheet and initial consultation. You will be given the opportunity to make revisions to the mockup and then it will be rendered to an HTML template which will be used to create the rest of your pages. Keep in mind this is all a customized process – tailored to all your specifications. Should you need changes later, our web designs allow for the greatest flexibility & thus fewer problems for programming. Plus, we make sure that your website will be optimized and indexed by the major search engines.

You will be required to provide us with all textual content and photographs, unless you have hired us for copy writing services. It is a good idea for you to get your entire content ready while we are working on your mockup, as we will need it in order to complete the site once the HTML template is created. Please keep in mind that all content is protected by copyright law and it is not legal for you to use “borrowed” text or pictures without first obtaining permission from their rightful owners.

When all the technical elements and training are complete, you will be given the opportunity to go through it and prepare a list noting any errors or omissions that need to be corrected. This is not the time to make major changes to navigation or design.

Step 6: Site Launch
Once the site is complete, we will bill you for the balance due on the project. The final site will then be launched. Once finished, we suggest marketing your website. We have many different internet marketing solutions.
